This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 906 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has seriously objected to allow this petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner could not mobilise the fund for filing the appeal in time. 5.Though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is not satisfied with the Court, this Court, in the interest of justice, is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner is not entitled for interest in the delayed period and the delay is condoned.
