Writ Petitions are filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamsu, directing respondents to consdier the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2026 so as to run the road side petty shop nearby Thiruppachethi Tollgate based on the Government Order No.23 issued by the Tamil Nadu Disability Welfare Department within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2026. 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, the petitioner's grievance is that he is a differently abled person. The unique ID card has also been issued to the petitioner. The petitioner is seeking permission to establish and run a roadside petty shop nearby, Tirupachethi tollgate, as per the Government Order in GO.No.23, dated 11.08.2022.

3.When the matter came up for admission, this order is passed at the stage of admission, without opportunity to file any counter by the respondents.

4.This Court is not expressing any opinion with reference to the merits of the claim. Since the petitioner has made a representation dated 23.03.2026 claiming rights as per Government order, the same shall be considered by the 1st respondent in the manner known to law and pass

orders thereon as expeditiously as possible. Let the petitioner also be heard in the process. Let final orders be passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt rather web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.

5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
