ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the Petitioner and her family members from the Respondents 3 and 4. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the date of representation is 28.03.2023. On the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, only enquiry is pending. Pending the above said enquiry, representation has been made by the petitioner seeking police protection. According to him, it is a civil dispute. 3.By calling the petitioner and the private respondents herein, after assessing the ground situation with regard to the alleged life threat to the petitioner, the respondent police shall conclude the representation given by the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
