ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenu and challenging the legality of the impugned order of detention dated 24.01.2019, passed by the second respondent, under Section 3(1) of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug-offenders, Forest-offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982) and branding him as 'Goonda' in C.O.C.No.02/2019, came forward to file the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.It is represented by Dr.R.Alagumani, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the impugned order of detention has been revoked and the detenu has come out on bail. Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents seeks time to produce the Government Order, revoking the order of detention.

3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner himself as to the revocation of the detention order and the detenu coming out on bail in the ground case also, this Court is of the considered view that nothing survives further for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
