PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey and fix boundaries in the petitioner's property in Survey No.540/2, to an extent of 4 cents and Survey No.542/3 to an extent of 0.050 sq.meter, situated at Vaiyampatti Village , Manaparrai Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the representation dated 13/07/2020 and as per the Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries in the petitioner's property in S.Nos.540/2 and 542/3 situated at Vaiyampatti Village, Manaparrai Taluk, Trichy District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner was complied with by the respondents, by surveying and fixing the four boundaries of the petition mentioned properties and that therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. 3.Recording such submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
