W.P.(MD)No.8701 of 2020 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 08.05.2019.
3.In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's appeal dated 08.05.2019 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In the light of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 08.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the interested parties, if any.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
