[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J] The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. According to her, the detenue has been in the illegal custody of the third respondent.

2. Today, the detenue is present before this Court. When we enquired, she has stated she married the respondent No.3 voluntarily.

3. Admittedly, the detenue is a major. In such view of the matter, the detenue is set at liberty and the habeas corpus petition is closed.
