ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirapalli vide letter in D.No.393, dated 11.5.2021, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 15.10.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose H.M.O.P.No.30 of 2020 within a period of six months. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.393 dated 11.05.2021 wherein, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, has requested for extension of three months to comply with the above order.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 15.10.2020.
