Respondents Prayer: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to produce the bodies or persons of the petitioner's daughter namely T.Radha, W/o. Thangapandi, aged about 34 years and her daughter by name Vennila, D/o. Thangapandi aged about 8 years before this Court and said them at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) The petitioner is the mother of the first detenue and thus grand mother of the second detenue. According to her, she is in the illegal custody of the private respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The detenue has informed us that she has left the home voluntarily. The second detenue also informed us that she want to be with her mother namely, the first detenue. 3.We do not want to go into the relative story of the petitioner and the detenue. This is not the forum for adjudicating the issue, more so, at the instance of the petitioner.
