O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing directing the respondents to conduct the Survey No.1273A/138 comprised in Patta No.2169 situated in Thiruthangal Village, Virudhunagar District and consequently fix the four boundaries after affording fair opportunity to the adjacent owners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
