ORDER

The first respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.615 of 2013 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy, for the relief of declaration and injunction, as against the petitioner.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the suit is filed in the year 2013 and the plaintiff side evidence commenced on 21.01.2015 itself. However, the plaintiff, instead of producing his evidence, is filing petitions after petitions for one relief or the other and thereby, drags on the proceedings. Therefore, she has filed this revision for a direction for speedy disposal of the suit. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

4.This Court has perused the B-Diary extract. Taking into consideration of the fact that the suit of the year 2013 is still pending, the trial Court shall endeavor to 2/4

dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
