ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.2 to not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein enquiry has been undertaken in C.P.No.270 of 2023. It is found that it is a money transaction issue between the parties. Over which a suit is also pending before the competent civil Court. Hence, the complaint has been closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. The matter has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
