This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and defendants in O.S.No.9 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Usilampatti in S.No.214/3B, situated at Kurumbathevanpatti, K.Pothampatti Post, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is accused in Crime No.152 of 2016.

3. Under such circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
