ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 of I.P.C. and Section 3(i) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss Act, 1992 and Section 3(1)(r), https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Amendment) Act, 2015 in Crime No.77 of 2018.

2.Taking note of the nature of the allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before the learned Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The petitioners shall notify the de facto complainant with regard to the exact date of surrender through registered post. This communication shall be sent at-least one week in advance before the date of surrender. Service of such notice will be taken as service on the de facto complainant for the purpose of statute. 4.On such surrender by the petitioners and their application for regular bail, the Jurisdictional Special Court is directed to consider the bail application and dispose of the same on the same day.

5.With these observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
