This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.03.2016.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.03.2016, the 2nd respondent, registered FIR in Crime No.156 of 2016 under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii IPC.
