: Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the fourth respondent made in his proceedings in C.No.01/BM/Detention/CPO/TC/2022 dated 21.04.2022 in detaining the detenu under the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980) as a Black Marketeer and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Anwar Batcha S/o.Hakkim, Male, aged about 38 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty.
