2. The detenue, on enquiry wants to go with the father.

3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention as it appears that the petitioner, who said to have forced the detenue to go for work as against the wishes of the respondent No.4. Accordingly, the Habeous Corpus Petition is closed.
