This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to re-investigate the case in Crime No.280 of 2015. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the main case itself ended in acquittal by judgment dated 09.09.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
