ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP(MD) No.408 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.13104 of 2019 dated 10.01.2025.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
