Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent in Pu.Ku.Mu.No.4889/2014/E2, dated 15.10.2014, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to provide water supply to the petitioner's house situated at No.2/1, Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Ayyampatti, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order passed by the respondent in Pu.Ku.Mu.No.4889/2014/E2, dated 15.10.2014 and direct the respondent to provide water supply to the petitioner's house situated at No.2/1, Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Ayyampatti, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.

3.According to the petitioner, after making all requirements for getting water pipe connection to her house situated at No.2/1, Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Ayyampatti, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, the respondent, cancelled the work order on the ground that she laid pipeline through the disputed land situates in T.S.No.2563/1, vide, impugned order, dated 15.10.2014. 4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner agrees to lay the pipeline through her own property. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent shall consider the request of the petitioner for water supply after laying the pipeline through her own property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed, with

liberty to the petitioner to lay the pipeline through her own property and the respondent shall also take action on the basis of the subsequent events. No costs.
