*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner claims that he has married the detenue during May, 2017 and as of now the detenue has been detained by the respondents 3 and 4, who are none other than her parents. 2.The detenue has completed Ph.D. Degree and therefore, she is a person, who is highly educated. If the petitioner wants to join with his wife, his remedy is before the Family Court and not by way of this Habeas Corpus Petition.

3.Thus, considering the age and qualification of the detenue, we do not find any case to come to a prima facie conclusion that there is any illegal detention by her parents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, we are not inclined to issue any direction in this regard. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS I) /True copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Dindigul District, Dindigul.
