This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to file final report in Crime No.192 of 2011 dated 21.10.2011 on the file of the 2nd respondent within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the investigation in Crime No.192 of 2011 has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyur on 15.10.2015 and the same has not been taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
