JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) This Writ Appeal has been filed by the State of Tamil Nadu against the order dated 09.08.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.23727 of 2022. By the said order, the learned single Judge had directed the regularisation of the services of the writ petitioner. In fact, the writ petitioner was part of a larger group of 32 persons. The request made was common. The said request was rejected by the department vide order dated 31.07.2017.

2.Challenging the departmental rejection, 4 persons moved the principal seat by filing W.P.No.20846 of 2019. It was allowed vide order dated 2/4

08.02.2023. Challenging the same, the Writ Appeal W.A.No.469 of 2024 was filed. The Hon'ble Division Bench dismissed the same on 09.07.2025. Subsequently, one person had filed W.P(MD)No.23727 of 2022 before the Madurai Bench. The said Writ Petition was allowed as already mentioned. We cannot take a contra view.

3.In line with the judgment dated 09.07.2025 made in W.A.No.469 of 2024, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
