O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that in earlier, based on the complaint given by one Nalini W/o.P.S.Rajesh, the second respondent police initiated current paper enquiry in D.C.B.No.37 of 2020, dated 18.07.2020 and the same has been closed. He would further submit that as of now no case/petition is pending against the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, question of harassment does not arise as alleged by the petitioner. Therefore, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
