R.Sharon Sweetline, aged 14 years, D/o K.Rajakumar, before this Court and hand over her to the petitioner's custody.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by us, on 20.06.2017, the detenu was produced before us and the third respondent was also present as well as the sister of the detenu's mother - Selvi Hepzibai. We spoke to the detenu, the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein.

3. The detenu appears to be happy and is residing along with the third respondent. She has further stated that she is now studying 10th standard in a private school at Chennai. Further, she has stated that it is her mother, Esther Victoria, who had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

left her in the custody of the third respondent and she is working abroad and regularly sending money for her expenses and school fees etc.,

4. Thus, we find that there is no illegal detention of the detenu. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-III) / True Copy / Sub Assistant Registrar(C.S.) To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin District, Tuticorin.
