: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records in detention order passed in C.O.C.No.31/2017, dated 09.06.2017 on the file of the second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Jetley @ Palanivel, S/o.Maruthamuthu, male aged 26 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] Challenging the order of the second respondent, dated 09.06.2017, in C.O.C.No.31/2017, the detenu - Jetley @ Palanivel, aged 26 years, S/o.Maruthamuthu, who is under detention, has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a

copy of the order in G.O.Rt.No.3540, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 18.07.2017, revoking the order of detention by the Advisory Board.

3. In view of the order dated 18.07.2017, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
