PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide protection for the petitioner from the harassment of the seventh respondent and family members of the petitioner in accordance with law.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that at the time of filing this petition there was dispute between the parties and hence the petition was filed. Now the matter has been settled between the parties and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication between the parties.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also admitted the same and submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.
