This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to release the husband of the petitioner, namely, Govindharajan on parole from Central Prison, Palayamkottai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the request of the petitioner for grant of parole to her husband has been declined vide order dated 19.10.2015.

3. The counsel for the petitioner, upon hearing the above, would submit that the petitioner has not received the copy of the order so far.

4. In view of the submission made by the Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. The respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the order to the petitioner within ten days.
