2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case number of the learned Trial Court was wrongly mentioned while filing this criminal miscellaneous petition and hence, he seeks necessary correction in the order dated 06.04.2026 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7043 of 2026 in Crl.RC(MD)No.590 of 2026.

3. S.T.C.No.349 of 2024 shall be substituted as C.C.No.349 of 2014 in the order dated 06.04.2026 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7043 of 2026 in Crl.RC(MD)No.590 of 2026.
