O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.94 of 2014 before the Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Madurai within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the investigation in Crime No.94 of 2014 has almost completed and the final report has been sent to the Additional Public Prosecutor for his opinion.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
