*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenue, who is a married woman, whose husband is in Dubai.

2.The case of the petitioner is that his daughter has been abducted by the fourth respondent only for gold jewels and money, which is in possession of his daughter.

3.Considering the age of the detenue and the fact that the husband has not moved this Court and the father of the detenue has come to this Court, we direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.05.2017, enquire into the same and secure the detenue and produce her before Judicial Magistrate concerned, who shall ascertain her view the pass appropriate orders. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
