The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.06.2018 and consequently direct them to measure, survey and fix the boundary line of property situated in Survey NO.4446/2, No.444/2A1 at Sayalkudi (sanmuga Kumarapuram) in Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the third respondent to verify the revenue and other

records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
