This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to change the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2015 dated 05.05.2015 from the file of the second respondent to the file of third respondent or any other agency.
2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and the same has been returned for certain compliance.
3. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to represent the charge sheet after complying with the defects.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
