2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the second respondent drew my attention to the order dated 17.04.2024 made in W.P.No.163 of 2024 etc. The prayer made in the said writ petitions is identical. The writ petitions are disposed of in the following terms:- "Mr.R.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the cause did not exist, since the respondents have reduced the service period from two years to one year.
2. Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State also endorsed the same. Thus, no further adjudication on merits is required.
3. Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed." 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners also made available, the written instructions dated 10.04.2024 issued by the Tamil Nadu Medical Council. 4.In this view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
