ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Dindigul to expedite and complete the enquiry in Crl.M.P.No.38 of 2021, within a time frame.

2.This Court, vide order dated 27.04.2023, called for a report from the learned Sessions Judge as to the stage of the case in Crl.M.P.No.38 of 2021. The learned Sessions Judge has also circulated a report dated 25.05.2023 by stating that the above said case was disposed on 23.05.2023 itself.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
