O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to initiate necessary action and conclude the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.03.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that they have received the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.03.2025 and they have assigned CSR No.29/2025. The same is under consideration and they will conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of one week.

3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry in CSR No.29/2025 and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law. 2/4

4.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
