: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of detention made in P.D.No.19/2017 dated 17.03.2017 on the file of the District Collector and District Magistrate, Kanyakumar District, Nagercoil the 2nd respondent herein, branding the detenu by name Swamydhas @ Sarai, aged 36 years, S/o.Jeyavel residing at Ottupurai Street, Vadasery East Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District as a Goonda who is now confined in Central Prison, Palayamkottai and quash the impugned order of detention and set him at liberty by producing him before this Court.
