O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute in respect of S.No.36/1E3, situated at Nagamathi Village, Sarugani Group, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner did not cooperate for enquiry and if the petitioner cooperates, the enquiry will be completed within the time stipulated by this Court.

would submit that the petitioner will cooperate for enquiry with the respondent police and all the necessary documents will be placed before the respondent police. He further submitted that the dispute is purely civil in nature.

4.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and produce all the documents and cooperate for enquiry. On receiving such documents from the petitioner, the respondent police is also directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing due opportunity to the petitioner.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
