ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry in the alleged compliant given by the 3rd and 4th Respondents. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the respondent enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.697 of 2022. During the course of enquiry it was found that it is the issue between the parties over drawing of water from the common Well. Finding that it is a civil dispute between the parties, they were advised to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. With the above said advise the enquiry was closed. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this case for further adjudication. The matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original 2/4

petition is dismissed as infructuous.
