O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.06.2018 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner is pending with the respondent police. If the petitioner cooperates for enquiry, enquiry will be conducted in accordance with law. 3.In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondent to serve summons to the petitioner to appear for enquiry. On receipt of such summons, the petitioner is also directed to appear for enquiry and place all the materials before the respondent police, thereafter, the respondent police shall enquire the same and proceed further in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
