(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband, Arockia Rajesh, in this Court, to set him at liberty and pass orders as this Court might deem fit and proper. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It appears that there are matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and her husband. No one has been forcibly detained the petitioner's husband, who is 29 years of age.
