Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2014 relating to settling the balance amount of Rs.47,64,970/- towards recoveries and a sum of Rs.69,29,216.17/- towards interest on the belated payment of the project work done for the construction of Central market vegetables shops near Mattuthavani at Madurai in package I to VII and for construction of compound wall in the central market and Villapuram 16 lakh liters tank premises, within a time frame fixed by this court.
