ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 31.01.2024 in W.P(MD)No.1966 of 2024 by the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.1966 of 2024, dated 31.01.2024, is complied with and the petitioner has already been accommodated in the post of Cashier and he is already working for the past one year. 3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to reopen the same, if the submission of the learned Government Advocate is found to be perverse.
