Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks raising of the petition mentioned attachment. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Court in this regard. The petitioner states that within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order he will move the concerned Court. If any such I.A is filed by the petitioner, it shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law after notice to all the stakeholders within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
