O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu namely Muthuraj, S/o.Subbiah, who is aged about 40 years, and set him at liberty.
2. Heard both sides.
3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.87 of 2019 on the file of the fourth respondent under Man Missing. It is seen that, while the petitioner's husband returning to home from Bhuvaneswar, State of Orrisa, he was missing. He is employed in GREF. Now, the fourth respondent started the investigation and examined so many persons. Since he has missing in the State of Orrisa, the investigation is in progress, and till today the respondent police is not able to find out the husband of the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the fourth respondent and further he shall ensure that the fourth respondent shall comply the order passed by this Court.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
