PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2015 and to forward the said complaint to the third respondent for conducting re enquiry and thereby to initiate legal action for getting back petitioner's personal belongings, documents and some cash which are inside the office table and cupboard of Palmyrah Workers Development Society, No.11, Kennett Cross Road, new Ellis Nagar, Madurai.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2015 and to forward the said complaint to the third respondent for conducting re enquiry and thereby to initiate legal action for getting back petitioner's personal belongings, documents and some cash which are inside the office table and cupboard of Palmyrah Workers Development Society, No.11, Kennett Cross Road, new Ellis Nagar, Madurai.

2. The petitioner seeks for an enquiry on his complaint dated 21.09.2015. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint filed by the petitioner has already been enquired into and closed by the proceedings of the Inspector of Police, C.3, S.S.Colony, Law and Order, Madurai City, dated 20.08.2015. He has also produced a copy of the said closure report.
3. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against such closure, it is for her to work out her remedy available under law as against such closure report. In any event, she cannot pursue the present Writ Petition any further, as the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy as against the closure report in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
