For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthu Manickam Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.187 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 354(A) and 354(D) of IPC in Crime No.187 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), submitted that since the offences are bailable in nature, the question of granting anticipatory bail will not arise and therefore, this petition is not maintainable.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
