It is seen that this petition has been filed, challenging the show cause notice issued under Section 107 Cr.P.C., asking the petitioner to show cause as to why a bond for Rs.10,000/- should not be collected from him for maintaining the breach of peace. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Since this is only a show cause notice, this Court is not inclined to quash the entire proceedings of the first respondent. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to appear before the first respondent with an Advocate of his choice.

3. With the above observation, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
