O R D E R
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the 1 and 3 respondents to take necessary legal actions against the private respondents 4 and 5 based on the representation, dated 13.03.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents 4 and 5 before the Inspector of Police, V.K.Puram Police Station on 13.03.2025, but no action was taken. Hence, he filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl side) for the respondent 2 and 3 would submit that based on the compliant given by the petitioner, they conducted enquiry and they will complete the enquiry and dispose of the same within one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.
5. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration before the Inspector of Police, V.K.Puram Police Station, it is for the second respondent to instruct them to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to instruct the Inspector of Police, V.K.Puram Police Station, to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.03.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of this order.
7. With the above said directions and observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
