ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed an affidavit tendering an unconditional apology.

2. Having regard to the nature of the undertaking given by the petitioner to adhere to the norms of professional conduct, court etiquette, and decorum in future, this Court is of the considered view that no further action is warranted against the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the explanation/affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record, and further proceedings against the petitioner are hereby dropped.

4. At the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the cost of Rs. 10,000/- imposed earlier is reduced to Rs. 2/4

2,000/-. The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Women Lawyers Association attached to this Bench, towards the maintenance of the creche run by them, within a period of two weeks and report compliance before this Court.
